We have a flat rate shipping option for Australian customers. This option provides minimal postal costs for standard mail service only, and does not allow cover (insurance) for any item/package lost/damaged once lodged at a Postal facility.
Australia Post has been known to "lose" packages in the past and will, most likely, continue to do so. Therefore I strongly suggest that purchasers use the REGISTERED POST option to ensure that, should an item be lost/damaged in transit, some form of compensation can be obtained.
