The Service Readiness Badge (SRB) provides visible recognition of RAN personnel who are ready in all respects to be deployed on operations at sea and ashore or in support of such operations. The badge also recognises the cumulative amount of time served in seagoing ships or seagoing submarines.

Qualification:    Meets IR requirements and has more than three years but less than 6 years of cumulative sea service.
