The 4th Regiment, Royal Regiment of Australian Artillery (4 REGT, RAA) is an artillery unit of the Australian Army.

The regiment provides direct-support to the 3rd Brigade and is based at Lavarack Barracks in Townsville, Queensland.

• 106th (Observation Post) Battery
• 108th (Observation Post) Battery
• 109th (Observation Post) Battery
